This Copyright & Reproductions Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the use, reproduction, and distribution of the visual content created by our Company. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Copyright Ownership
Copyright: All visual content, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and related materials, created by NetStruc Media remains the intellectual property of NetStruc Media unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
License: NetStruc Media grants clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the visual content produced by our Company for their intended purposes, as outlined in the project agreement. This license is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Usage Rights & Limitations
Permitted Use: Clients are allowed to use the visual content for the following purposes:
a. Marketing and promotional materials related to their institution.
b. Internal training and educational purposes.
c. Social media and online platforms associated with their institution.
Prohibited Use: Clients are prohibited from:
a. Selling, licensing, or transferring the visual content to third parties without prior written consent from NetStruc Media.
b. Modifying, altering, or manipulating the visual content in a way that could misrepresent or damage the reputation of NetStruc Media or the healthcare/other business institution.
c. Using the visual content for any unlawful, defamatory, or unethical purposes.
Attribution
Clients are required to provide appropriate attribution to NetStruc Media when using our visual content. Attribution should include the following:
a. "Photography/Videography by NetSturc Media."
b. A link to our website, if applicable.
Copyright Enforcement
NetStruc Media reserves the right to enforce its copyright ownership and take legal action against any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our visual content.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
a. Safeguarding the visual content provided by NetStruc Media to prevent unauthorized access or use.
b. Notifying NetStruc Media of any suspected copyright infringement or misuse of our visual content.
Policy Updates
NetStruc Media reserves the right to update this Copyright & Reproductions Policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will apply to all future projects.

Inherent Characteristics
The Client acknowledges that color dyes in photographs and photography products may naturally fade or discolor over time due to their inherent characteristics. The Client hereby releases the Photographer from any liability for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from fading or discoloration resulting from these inherent characteristics. This release encompasses all legal claims and is a binding agreement between the Client and the Photographer.
